I am back!!

I am back… I know it’s been a while but I am back. I am looking at ways of changing my blog. I wanna go in a more general/life/cooking/beauty/everything direction. Anyone got any ideas?

Hey guys! This is my You box this month! I am very hapy with this. You get to chose 2 products every month. This month I chose the Neo Stem Serum and the Face Stockholme lipstick – I got a beautiful red one. You also get 2 extras in the box and this month it was a sample of Montagne Jeuness Body Smoothie and a small pouch of Lizi’s granola in belgian chocolate. I havent tried any of the products yet but cant wait to do so. Did you get this box this months? What were your thoughts? Nessa xxx

October Empties

Right so this is my first ever empties post and it will be a monthly feature on my blog (as long as I have enough material to warrant a whole post)…..here goes.

Organic Surge volume boost conditioner*

I got this product in one of my Glossyboxes. I really enjoyed using this product it was kind to my hair and made it all shiny and soft. I am not to sure on the smell as I cant work ouy what it smells like

I would buy this again

You can get it here for £5.99 www.organicsurge.com/product/volume-boost-conditioner

Molton Brown paradisiac pink pepperpod bath and shower*

I got this in a gift set last christmas. This was lovely to use, the smell is amazing but not overpowering and lathers up really nicely. It left my skin feeling soft and smelling gorgeous.

I would buy this again if it werent so expensive for a shower gel.

You can get it here for £18.00 www.moltonbrown.co.uk/store/shower-gels/pink-pepperpod-body-wash/KBT034

Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days Ultra-Softening Lotion (Nourishing Shea Butter)

This a nice body lotion, which I really enjoyed using. It left my skin feeling nourished and feeling super soft and the smell was lovely too.

I would buy this again, but still have a mahossive stash of lotions to go through

You can grab a bottle for £2.99 www.superdrug.com/hydrated-skin/garnier-intensive-7-days-body-lotion-shea-250ml/invt/239464

Vichy Normaderm Tri-Active Cleanser*

Again I got this in one of my glossy boxes. This product has 3 uses cleanser, exfoliant and mask. I only used it as the exfoliant and cleanser and was very impressed with it. It left my skin squeeky clean and feeling plumped nourished. It has a very thick consitency and has a very generous distribution of blue exfoliating pearls.

I would buy this again, if it was on offer.

You get some of this for £11.00 here www.boots.com/en/Vivhy-Normaderm-Tri-Active-Cleansing-3-in-1-Cleanser-Scrub-and-Mask-125ml_1262053/

Doctor Renaud Raspberry Soft Cream*

Another sample from a Glossybox. This is a lovely cream with a lovely smell, be it a bit fake and chemicaly. I enjoyed using this but discoverd that this needed to be used sparingly as its quite a thick cream and my make up did nid not agree with it..I had to wait about 15 minutes after moisturising to out my make up on. It did leave my skin feeling soft and moisturised.

I would not buy this again.

But you can get some for £24.95 here www.doctor-renaud.co.uk/hydrating_2.html

Mama Mio Mighty Moisture Day & Night Moisturiser

I got this in the Try-Me set they did a while ago. I used this as my night moisturiser as the smell to me was very medicinal. I really liked it and would wake up with soft and nourished looking skin.

I would buy this again, if it was o offer as it quiet expensive, but also have a mountain of creams to use up first.

You can get it for £37.50 here www.mamamio.com/uk/mighty-moisture.html

Lancome Eau Micellaire Douceur

I got this in a gift with purchase. This an amazing product. I used as my eye make up remover and cant fault it. It thoroughly cleansed and removed all traces of it.

I would definatley buy this again.

You can get it for £35.00 www.feelunique.com/p/Lancome-Eau-Micellaire-Douceur-400ml

The Body Shop Warming Mineral Mask

I have had this for over three years and barely used it. Its a nice product and leaves the skin feeling cleansed and soft. I went to use it today and was not able to as the whole tube has solidified.  Its a shame as I really like it but just forgot to use it and now have to bin a tube thats virtually full.

I would buy this again.

You can get it for £10.00 here www.thebodyshop.co.uk/skincare/best-sellers/warming-mineral-mask.aspx?un_jtt_v_pdp=yes&un_jtt_redirect

Right thats it for this months empties. Hope you enjoyed reading this post.

Holiday so far….

Well so I have been on holiday since the 6/07 and the weather has been absolutley misserable……

We went to the British Grand Prix……which was aaammaazing……but the weather was so bad we were told to stay away on the Saturday and they will refund us the tickets as the fields were literally Mud-baths…but we did go on the Sunday again…all geared up and prepared for the rain….and the weather was glorious and hot…so we melted away in our rain gear….cant ever get it right.

Then on the 13/07 we went to camp in the Lake District with some friends…the weather was amazing and sunny. As I had just recently got a new pushbike we decided to take the bikes to camp with us…..barring in mind I have not bin on a bike in about 10 years….we went on a 12 Mile round trip…..needless to say my backside still hurts when I want sit down and I know have a love hate relationship with my pushbike… On the Monday we had to pack to come back was the only day it was chucking it down…..it always seems to happen to us that when we have to pack up it rains and makes everything and everyone miserable…..

Now back home I have had to tackle the Mount Everest of washing….which has now turned into the Mount Everest of ironing – still need to be tackled but has been shoved into the corner in the Kitchen an its being ignored as if it was invisible….until the other half realises he has run out of socks and pants….

It was sunny today for a change but guess hat it has just started to chuck it down again…..

I hate the English Weather.

Hello world!

Well……this is the first time I have decided to enter the blogging world so see how this goes….

Tonight I am off to college to view a private exhibition of the college work from my AS-Level Photography Course that I finished in May this year.

I have just recently moved into my own house with my partner – we are starting to realise that it is much more expensive than we had anticipated so I am looking for anyway to save money and to also make more money….happy hunting for me for now.

Well this was a quick first post, but I shall be back tomorrow with a bite more..
